A vehicle reservation can only be made if the person making the reservation reads and accepts the applicable terms of use. A configuration parameter can be used to specify which terms of use appear when the link is clicked
Prerequisite
You have permissions for content in the Control Panel
You have stored the terms of use as a PDF file on the intranet or internet.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - System Configuration
Find the entry TERMSOFUSEURL.
Open the entry by clicking the Edit button.
Enter the link to the PDF in the Configuration Value field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The Terms of Use are now clickable in the vehicle booking form.
Note: If you have access to the server, you can alternatively replace the file provided by the system in the suggested location.
