In addition to custom catering, users also have the option to order a standard catering package when booking a room. You can define this catering package for each catering order type. Create a set that includes the standard catering items along with the respective quantities and types, and then assign it to the catering order type. Depending on which catering order type is assigned to the meeting room, different catering items will be ordered when standard catering is ordered for that meeting room.
If you want to set a different standard catering set (“Standard Set”) for a meeting room, you can select the different standard catering set in the meeting room.
