Space utilization Room cost centers

The reporting view is used to display rooms with their assigned cost centers and proportionate areas. The view shows the status of the cost center assignment (traffic light) and calculates the proportionate area per cost center.

List

This property group contains all essential identification and classification features for the hierarchical structure of locations, buildings, floors, rooms and their usage assignments.

Property	Description
Traffic light	The visual status display shows the completeness of the cost center assignment. The color automatically indicates whether the allocation is correct. The calculated field is based on the sum of the shares from the room cost centers.

Cost center	Display of the internal abbreviation of the cost center. This unique abbreviation is used to quickly identify and allocate costs within the company structure. Room code	Display of the room code, which is automatically generated by the system the first time it is saved. The room code is made up of the code of the selected floor and the room number entered. Static characteristic Code from the Identification info area of the Rooms form.
Floor area [m²]	Display of the floor area of the room. This is calculated automatically when using eTASK.CAD: Polygon area - Deduction area. Static characteristic Floor area [m²] from the Area values info area of the Rooms form.
Share [%]	Display of the usage share of the cost center in the room. Please note: The shares are not checked for 100% as intended. Both larger and smaller shares can be available in order not to prevent flexibility in the allocation of vacancies and area differences. Share of area	The proportional area in square meters is calculated and displayed automatically. The value is calculated by multiplying the floor area of the room by the percentage and cannot be edited. Calculated field based on: Floor area [m²] (rooms): Total area of the room in m² Share [%] (room cost centers): Percentage share of the cost center Calculation formula: Proportionate area = floor area × (proportion / 100) Example: With a floor area of 50 m² and a share of 60%, the proportional area is 30 m².
Valid from	Display of the date from which the room cost center is valid. Static characteristic Valid from from the Validity info area of the Room cost center assignment form.
Valid until	Display of the date until which the room cost center is valid. Static characteristic Valid until from the Validity info area of the Room cost center assignment form.

Export

Properties are available for the export of space utilization data of the space cost centers in various formats and target systems.

Property	Description
Type of use according to DIN277	Display of the abbreviation for the type of use in accordance with DIN 277 (e.g. "2.1" for "Offices"). Static characteristic Code from the Identification info area of the Types of use form.
Internal type of use	Display of a freely selectable abbreviation for the internal usage type. Static characteristic Code from the Identification info area of the Use cases form.
Area allocation Designation	Display of the full name of the space allocation (e.g. "Floor general" for general costs incurred on a floor). Static characteristic Description from the Identification info area of the Floor allocation form.
Department name	Display the full name of the department. It is advisable to use the internal name of the department. Static characteristic Name from the Identification info area of the Departments form.
Floor code	Display of the floor code, which is automatically generated from the code of the building in which the floor is located and the floor number. Static characteristic Floor code from the Identification info area of the Floors form.
Cost center Designation	Displays the full name of the cost center. Static characteristic Name from the Identification info area of the Cost centers form.
Internal type of use Designation	Display of the company's usual designation for the internal usage type. Static characteristic Description from the Identification info area of the Internal usage types form.
Type of use according to DIN277 Designation	Display of the complete designation of the type of use in accordance with DIN 277 (e.g. "Offices"). Static characteristic Description from the Identification info area of the Usage types form.
Company name	Display of the full name of the company. Static characteristic Company name from the Identification info area of the Companies form.
Floor number	Display of a unique abbreviation for the floor on which the floor is located (e.g. "2.OG" for "2nd upper floor"). Static characteristic Floor from the Identification info area of the Floors form.
Room designation	Display of a name for the room (e.g. "Marketing & Sales staff office" or "Server room"). Static characteristic Name from the Identification info area of the Rooms form.
Building designation	Display the full name of the building. It is advisable to use a name that already provides information about the function of the building (e.g. "Administration building Zhizschin Industries, Shanghai"). Room number	Display of the room number. Static characteristic Room number from the Identification info area of the Rooms form.
Department code	Display of a freely selectable abbreviation for the department. Static characteristic Code from the Identification info area of the Departments form.
Utilization group Designation	Display of the complete designation of the usage group in accordance with DIN 277 (e.g. "Living and residence"). Static characteristic Description from the Usage group according to DIN 277 info area of the Usage groups form.
BuildingCode	Display of the building code automatically generated by the system. The code is made up of the code of the selected location and the building number assigned to the building. Static characteristic Code from the Identification info area of the Building form.
Location code	Display of a freely selectable abbreviation for the location (e.g. a three-letter abbreviation for the location; "MUC" for "Munich", "BER" for "Berlin"). The abbreviation displayed here is the start of the code for all buildings, rooms, floors and workstations that are created at this location. Building number	Display of a number for the building. The building number displayed here is part of the building code automatically generated by the system. Static characteristic Building number from the Identification info area of the Building form.
Area allocation code	Display of a freely selectable abbreviation for the space allocation (e.g. "AE" for general costs incurred on a floor). Static characteristic Code from the Identification info area of the Area allocation form.
Utilization group	Display of the abbreviation for the usage group in accordance with DIN 277 (e.g. "NF1" for "Living and residence"). Static characteristic Code from the Usage group according to DIN 277 info area of the Usage groups form.
Floor Designation	Display of the complete name for the floor, ideally consisting of floor and building information (e.g. "2.OG Adenauerstraße 34, Munich"). Static characteristic Description from the Identification info area of the Floors form.
Location Designation	Displays the full name of the location. The name is the same name that is already used in the organization for this location (e.g. "Munich plant"). Static characteristic Name from the Identification info area of the Locations form.
Company name (2nd line)	Display of a second line of the company name. Is used if the full name of the company is too long to be displayed properly in a letter. Static characteristic Company name (2nd line) from the Identification info area of the Companies form.
