This feature group contains search criteria for filtering and identifying space usage data for individual departments. It enables a targeted query and analysis of space usage according to various parameters.| Property | Description |
| Department | Indication of the department whose space consumption is displayed. |
| Department name | Specification of the department name. |
| Number of types of use | Number of different types of use of the rooms assigned to this department. |
| Number of rooms | Number of rooms assigned to this department. |
| Area per employee | Specification of the area per employee in square meters. |
| Number of employees | Number of employees assigned to this department. |
| Proportionate area | Indication of the proportionate area of this department compared to the total area in square meters. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
