Allocation of space

Use this form to create organizational units that may be charged with space costs. The space is allocated to the organizational units managed here in the "Rooms" form.

Identification

In this section, data for the identification of the organizational unit can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.

Property	Description
Code	Enter an abbreviation for the space allocation (e.g. "GF" for general costs incurred on a floor).
Name	Enter the full name of the space allocation (e.g. "Floor-General" for general costs incurred on a floor).

CAD identification

Information for presenting the usage type in CAD visualization can be entered in this section. The information entered here is only meaningful if CAD visualization is used.

Property	Description
Background Color	Enter the number of the background color in CAD visualization (between "0" and "119").
Foreground Color	Enter the number of the foreground color in CAD visualization (between "0" and "119").
Pattern	Enter the number of the pattern in CAD visualization (between "1" and "77").
