This group contains features that enable different views of the room, department and cost center data. It offers customized displays for different analysis purposes in the area of room controlling.

Property	Description
Room	This field shows the name or designation of the room within space management. It is used to clearly identify and localize rooms in the context of room accounting and controlling.
Surface area	This field shows the area of the room in square meters. The area information is important for room management, cost allocation and capacity planning in space management.
Department code	This code clearly identifies the associated department of the room in the context of space management. It enables precise allocation for billing and controlling purposes, particularly when analyzing room usage and cost allocation.
Department Designation	This field shows the official name of the department to which a room or space is assigned. It is used to clearly identify and assign rooms to organizational units in the context of space management and cost centre accounting.
Cost center code	The cost centre code identifies the organizational unit to which the costs for a room or space are allocated. This information is important for the billing and controlling of room costs within space management.
Cost center Designation	This field shows the name of the cost center to which the room is assigned. The cost centre is important for internal cost accounting and helps with the allocation of room costs to organizational units in space management.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
