This group contains features for viewing and displaying rooms with assigned cost centers. It enables a clear presentation of room data for billing and controlling purposes.

Property	Description
Room	This field shows the name or designation of the room in the context of space management. It is used to clearly identify and localize rooms within the building structure and is important for room-based cost allocation and space billing.
Surface area	Displays the total area of the room in square meters. This information is important for space accounting and controlling, as it serves as the basis for cost allocations and room usage analyses.
Cost center code	The cost centre code identifies the organizational unit to which the costs for this room are allocated. It enables precise allocation of room costs in cost accounting and is important for analyzing space usage and costs in facility management.
Cost center Designation	This field shows the official name of the cost center to which a room or area is assigned. The cost centre is used for internal cost accounting and helps to allocate room costs to organizational units.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
