In the FM Portal, you can specify the number of rows for each table or list. Additionally, the number of entries displayed per list can generally be configured in your user profile.
Note: The available options are 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 400.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Setting in a list
Open the relevant list.
Under "Rows per page" below the workspace, select the desired number of entries.
Your setting will be applied immediately.
Note: If you close this list and open it again, your selection will be reset to the default setting (25).
Setting in a ListConnect
In the form in the corresponding ListConnect, select the desired number of entries under "Rows per page."
Your setting will be applied immediately.

Define table display via the user profile (global)
Path to the starting point: My FM - User Profile
In the User Data section, select the desired number in the Rows in Lists field.
Click Save.
From now on, every table in the portal will load with the number of rows you specified.
