Using the "Meeting Rooms" form, you can configure meeting rooms for booking according to your preferences. You have the following configuration options:
Room bookable: Enable or disable the room for booking.
Amenities: Affects how meeting rooms are filtered by amenities in the booking wizard.
(Only when using eTASK.Outlook Room Booking) Booking enabled in Exchange Server: When this checkbox is selected, the meeting room can also be booked via the eTASK.Outlook Room Booking Outlook add-in.
Catering available?: Enable or disable beverage booking for the room. Also affects filtering.
Bookable only exclusively?: Room as 📄 Besprechungsraum als Exklusivraum deklarieren IC1512 . It can then only be booked by room managers.
Approval required?: Bookings for rooms requiring approval are only entered into the system once approval has been granted by a room manager.
Cancellation period [h]: The meeting can be canceled within this period before the meeting begins.
Bookable on holidays? Specifies whether the meeting room should also be bookable on holidays.
Bookable on Saturdays? Specifies whether the meeting room should also be bookable on Saturdays.
Bookable on Sundays? Specifies whether the meeting room should also be bookable on Sundays.
Available resources in this meeting room: Fixed resources in the meeting room. Also affects filtering.
Blocked periods: The meeting room cannot be booked during the periods specified here.
Note: If a merged room is booked again, the specified “cleanup time after meeting” is not taken into account. The reason for this is that when another booking follows seamlessly, no cleanup of the merged room is required.
