To enable the eTASK.FM portal to interact with your SAP system, you must first set up the SAP interface. This requires configuration in both the eTASK.FM portal and your SAP system.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Settings - Portal Options - Portal Administration - System Configuration
Open the configuration parameter “SAPDEFAULTSYSTEMNUMBER”.
Enter the unique number of your SAP system in the Configuration Value input field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Ensure that your eTASK.FM portal has the necessary access permissions in the SAP system. Contact your company’s internal SAP system administrator.
Example: If you want to create an FM order as a purchase order in the SAP system, the eTASK system requires permission to create purchase orders in the SAP system.
