Shared desks are booked based on predefined time slots. Only these slots are then displayed to users in the booking form. A day (24 hours) can be divided into any number of slots.
Note: It is currently possible to define and book overlapping time slots.
There are three time slots within an organization: a half-day morning slot (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM), a half-day afternoon slot (12:30 PM to 5:00 PM), and a full-day slot (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Prerequisite
You have administrative rights in the portal.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Desk Sharing - Intervals
Click New... in the toolbar.
Assign a code and a name.
Enter a start time for your interval.
Enter an end time for your interval.
Click Save.
You have set the booking intervals.
