Specify a standard meal plan for each catering order type to globally define, for all meeting rooms with that catering order type, which catering items are included when standard catering is ordered.

Open the record for the catering order type to which you want to assign a standard place setting.
Select the desired place setting in the Associated Standard Place Setting dropdown.
Note: Only place settings that are available for the order type are displayed.
Click Save in the toolbar.
When ordering standard catering, the catering items assigned to the place setting are ordered.
