You can manually set the base rent for any property rented during a given period at any time. If the base rent was calculated automatically, you can also make manual adjustments afterward.
Prerequisite
The rented properties (e.g., rooms and open spaces) have already been assigned to the time period
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements
Open the lease agreement for which you want to manually set the base rent.
Open the current period.
Open an assigned room or an assigned property.
Enter the desired amount in the Basic Rent [€] field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
If necessary, repeat steps 4–5 for additional rooms or properties.
The total basic rent is displayed in the period’s data record under Net Costs or Gross Costs.
