A workflow can be evaluated if the evaluation function is enabled for it. The evaluation criteria can be freely defined.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - MyFM - Evaluation Criteria
Create a new record in the table, selecting the workflow to which the evaluation criterion should apply.
The evaluation criteria will be displayed to the evaluator starting with the next evaluation.
