Path to the starting point: Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements
In the Periods section, open the period on which the security deposit is to be calculated.
In the General section, select the desired security deposit calculation in the Rental Deposit Months dropdown to have the security deposit amount calculated automatically from the rent. Or enter the security deposit manually in the Rental Deposit Debit field.
The security deposit is calculated and included in the debit balance.
