Meeting rooms can be configured so that meetings scheduled in them are automatically canceled if they are not confirmed. If the booking is not confirmed within the first 15 minutes of the meeting, it will be automatically canceled starting from the booking start time, based on the time in minutes specified in the "ReConfirmTimeout" configuration parameter (default: 15–30 minutes).

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Meeting Rooms

Perform a bulk change for all meeting rooms for which you want to set automatic termination. Select the feature "Enable automatic termination if not confirmed" and change the value to "Enabled."
