Set administrator group for eTASK.service ticket

The workflow's administrator group receives service ticket emails that would otherwise have no recipient because responsibility has not been assigned. This ensures that no service tickets are lost.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Control Panel - MyFM - Configuration Services/Workflows - Workflows

  1. Open the service ticket workflow record.

  2. In the Administrator Group dropdown menu, select the group you want to define as the administrator group.

  3. Click Save in the toolbar.

The administrator group will now receive all emails without responsibility.
