Navigation to this function
Parameters can be assigned to a service tile that are taken into account when the tile and the target to be called up are called up. This could be, for example, transfer data for the person currently logged in or their room, but also filter specifications for assistants.
Identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
| Necessary | This characteristic defines whether the characteristic is mandatory. Necessary features that are not passed a value when the tile is called up mean that the target of the tile call cannot be reached. you cannot change this setting for features that are classified as necessary by the system. However, you can mark additional features as necessary. Use this option sparingly if you are not sure whether the feature can actually always be filled. |
| Parameter / Column | At this point, you can select one of the (static) characteristics from the call target of the tile so that you can transfer a value to it in the next field. Please also note the information in the "Selection list" info area in the "Parameter" field. |
| Value | Enter the value that is to be transferred to the defined static characteristic in the call target when the tile is called. If this is a free text field, you can simply enter any value. If the characteristic is defined as a selection field, you can use the "Selection" characteristic in the "Selection list" info area instead and use one of the values from the selection list. In the same info area, you will find a field with available system parameters that you can use instead of a free entry and that are replaced by information from the logged-in user. |
