Performance feedback

All service confirmations for maintenance orders are stored in this table. If the fax and e-mail confirmation is set up correctly, the service confirmations are created automatically when the confirmation cover sheet is received.

confirmation date	Display/select the date of the feedback.
Order	Display / selection of the maintenance order to which the performance confirmation is assigned.

Feedback details

This info area contains more detailed information on the maintenance work and its results.

Property	Description
Feedback text	Long text to specify the confirmation details (optional).
Order completed?	Indicates whether the order has been completed.
Object ready for operation?	Indicates whether the object is ready for use again.
Follow-up work necessary?	Indication of whether follow-up work is necessary.
