Using the eTASK.ServiceTicket, all employees can submit a wide variety of service requests (troubleshooting reports, repairs, cleaning, etc.) directly to the facilities management team. Each request can be tracked using a ticket number. Each ticket goes through a process with various statuses and is handled by the facilities management department’s predefined service groups.
