To send audit documents to the FM Portal, all you need is any email account that allows you to send emails.
Procedure
Scan the audit documents and combine them into a single PDF file.
Open a new email message in your email program.

Subject: Enter the subject of the email. In the middle, between four hash symbols, enter the barcode of the object to which the inspection documents refer.
Attachments: Attach the PDF document containing the scanned inspection documents to the email.
Email text: Enter your message here. It will be displayed as a comment in the object record.
Send the email.
The inspection documents will be processed in the FM Portal and automatically delivered to your client via the FM Portal.
