If a user wishes to use the EBICS bank access, it must first be initialized. The EBICS administrator initiates the initialization process by sending the user an initialization email.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Property Management - Payment Transactions - EBICS Bank Accounts
Open the EBICS bank access you want to initialize.
Click Send EBICS Initialization Email in the toolbar.
The initialization email is sent to the user.
