Rooms and outdoor areas that have a common access control system and may be subject to more stringent access requirements can be grouped together in security areas. Security areas can be selected in the onboarding application to request access.
Identification
Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.| Property | Description |
| Code | Here you can enter the short name for the security area. |
| Designation | Here you can enter a long name for the security area. |
| Responsible person | Select here which person is responsible for the security area and, for example, must approve access or has control over the available keys. In the onboarding workflow, this person is used as the room owner and must actively confirm requested access rights. |
