This report view provides a comprehensive overview of all form areas (sections) in the eTASK portal. For each section, it shows the hierarchical structure (path), German designations, types (WebForm, CrystalReport etc.), visibility and activation status as well as product owners. A traffic light system (traffic light column with note) signals configuration problems such as missing tooltips or contradictory statuses (e.g. discontinued, but still enabled). The view aggregates data from the metadata structure.
Main purpose: Quality control and overview of portal form areas with status traffic light.
List
This group contains features for displaying and structuring lists within the area report. It includes properties for configuring list views and formats.

| Traffic light | The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light hint column. |
| Traffic light hint | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Menu path | The menu path where the page can be accessed. |
| Namespace | The namespace defines the technical context in which this form is used. It helps with the organization and structuring of forms within project management and enables a clear assignment to specific functional areas or project phases. |

| unfolded | Display whether the area is displayed expanded in the form when the form is loaded. |
| discontinued | Here you can see whether the area has been discontinued and will be removed from eTASK in the future. In this case, do not use the area. |
| Product Owner | Here you can see the "Product Owner" who is defined as the "person responsible" for this area, either directly on the table or via the namespace. |
