Search requests can be started from any quick booking in eTASK if it does not provide a search result with the parameters entered. Search requests are regularly checked to see whether a result is found for the search at the current time. If this is the case, the person searching is informed that they can now book with the desired parameters.
Identification
Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.| Property | Description |
| Done | Indicates whether the search request was completed because a suitable booking was found. |
| Type | The type of search request issued is specified here, based on the type of reservation that should be made. (room, vehicle, workplace, etc.) |
| Title | The automatically generated title of the search request is stored here, e.g. "Your vehicle booking from 23.10. to 24.10." |
| Client | The person who issued the search request is specified here. |
| created on | The time at which the search request was created is specified here. |
| Planned start of the booking | The time at which the booking should start was specified here. The search request is based on this. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
