In the eTASK Outlook Room Booking add-in, you can choose between two search modes for rooms:
Manual room search: In manual room search, first enter your booking parameters. To find the rooms that meet your requirements, then click Search for available rooms. This mode is less computationally intensive than the automatic room search and is therefore the default setting.
Automatic room search: With the automatic room search, the add-in immediately searches for suitable rooms whenever a booking parameter is changed and displays them right away in the "Possible Rooms" section. This method is more computationally intensive than the manual room search and can cause delays on slower computers.
Tip: If you feel that the room search is too slow, make sure to use the manual room search.
