If you want to create an FM order for a move, you can do so very easily using the move form. If you follow the steps described in this article, the key details of the move will be automatically transferred to the order, so you won’t have to enter them manually.
Note: You can create as many FM orders for a move as you like using this method.
Prerequisite
The move record already exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Relocation Management - Relocations
Open the move for which you want to create a purchase order.
Click on Tools - Create Purchase Order in the toolbar. The purchase order is created.
In the FM Orders section, open the generated purchase order.
Edit the purchase order data.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The FM order has been created.
