Search the document archive using document metadata.

Procedure in the FM Portal

  1. Select or enter search criteria.

Note: Start selecting search criteria at any level. Parent selection fields are filled in automatically.

  1. Remove selected search criteria from the search criteria group.

  2. Start search.

The search results are displayed in the Digital Archive on the Results List tab.
