You can search the tables on the FM Portal using the search bar. The standard search is usually used, but the word search is also available in certain tables. The word search provides faster results than the standard search because it uses a search index specifically for German content. Therefore, the word search must be used for German words.
You can recognize a list where the word search is available by a magnifying glass icon.
You can search as follows:
a word
a word that begins with the text you are searching for
inflected forms of a specific word

Properties/Assets - Property list
Portfolio (BIM) - Property cadastre - Rooms
Property Management - Property Accounting/Cost Tracking - Invoices Received - Invoices Received

System Settings - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Data Record Archive
Search: Press the Enter key or click the magnifying glass icon.
Remove search filter: Click the close icon.
Enable word search: Click the arrow next to the standard search and select "Word Search" from the dropdown menu
Columns added later and dynamic attributes can only be searched using the standard search.
