Evaluation of scanner data Objects

Support Center

IC11867

Navigation to this function

This evaluation compares the data transfer from a data-collecting scanner in conjunction with the control barcodes and the rooms, objects, matchcodes and object types available in the system. The result is evaluated and a possible action is displayed if the inventory data is to be transferred to the portal. At this point, individual lines of the result can be edited, e.g. to ignore them and thus change the overall result of the inventory.

Search

This group contains features for searching and identifying scanner data within the job. It includes search criteria and identifiers for a targeted query and assignment of the scanned information.
PropertyDescription
Traffic lightTraffic light display (red, yellow, green)
NoteThe note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
OrderThis field contains detailed information about the order that is linked to the scanned data. It enables the entry and display of order-specific details that are relevant for stocktaking and barcode processing.
BarcodeThis feature shows the barcode captured by the scanner
Barcode typeThis tooltip shows the barcode type used for the scanned item. This information is important for the correct interpretation and processing of the scan data during stocktaking and helps to clearly identify the items.
Scan numberThis unique number identifies the scanning process carried out as part of the inventory. It enables the precise allocation and tracking of each individual scan, which is crucial for the accuracy and completeness of the inventory.
Scanner processing instructionsThis field contains special instructions or notes for processing scanner data as part of the physical inventory. It is used to document important information for the scanning process or downstream data processing and to ensure that all relevant details are taken into account during inventory entry.
SequenceThis number indicates the order in which the scanner data was recorded. It helps with the chronological sorting and tracking of the scanned items during the inventory process.
Scanner room codeThis code identifies the specific room in which a scanner is used for inventory recording. It enables the scanned data to be precisely assigned to the respective location and is important for the accuracy and traceability of the inventory processes.
Scanner Object Room CodeThis code identifies the specific room in which the scanned object is located during the inventory. It enables precise localization and allocation of inventory items within the building or facility, which is crucial for efficient stocktaking and management.
Scanner object matchcodeThis matchcode uniquely identifies a scanned object in the inventory system. It is used for the quick search and assignment of scanner data and facilitates the management of inventory processes.
Scanner object Matchcode DesignationThis designation is used to uniquely identify a scanned object during the inventory. It enables quick and precise allocation of scanner data to specific inventory items and thus facilitates the efficient implementation and evaluation of stocktaking.
Scanner Object Object type Hierarchy codeThis code represents the hierarchical structure of the object type for a scanned object. It enables precise categorization and classification of the object within the inventory structure, which is important for an efficient search and analysis of the scanner data.
Scanner Object Object type DesignationThis field shows the name of the object type for the scanned object. It helps with the precise identification and categorization of inventory items during the scanning process and facilitates the subsequent search and evaluation of the captured data.
