This evaluation compares the data transfer from a data-collecting scanner in conjunction with the control barcodes and the rooms, objects, matchcodes and object types available in the system. The result is evaluated and a possible action is displayed if the inventory data is to be transferred to the portal. At this point, individual lines of the result can be edited, e.g. to ignore them and thus change the overall result of the inventory.
Search

| Scanner processing instructions | This field contains special instructions or notes for processing scanner data as part of the physical inventory. It is used to document important information for the scanning process or downstream data processing and to ensure that all relevant details are taken into account during inventory entry. |
| Sequence | This number indicates the order in which the scanner data was recorded. It helps with the chronological sorting and tracking of the scanned items during the inventory process. |
