Back up the database regularly so that you can restore your data in the event of a server or system crash.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Portal Control
Click on Back up Database.
In the Backup Database section, click Start Database Backup
