Rooms with more than 100 percent distribution

This report shows you all rooms whose area has been allocated to room cost centers by more than 100 percent. This may allow you to draw conclusions as to whether the room is being charged incorrectly. Click on the name of the room to call up its data record in the workspace.

View

This view shows rooms whose allocated capacity exceeds the available capacity. It enables the identification of overutilization and supports the optimization of room usage.

Property	Description
Location	This location designates the specific place or branch where the room in question is located. Specifying the location enables precise spatial allocation and is important for space management and the analysis of space distribution within the organization.
Room	This room is part of the overview for rooms with above-average distribution in space management. The designation helps to clearly identify and localize the specific room within the building structure.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
