This group contains attributes for viewing and displaying the rooms with associated departments. It includes fields that are relevant for the visual presentation and filtering of room data in reports and user interfaces.

Property	Description
Room	This entry shows the name or designation of a specific room within the building structure. The room designation is used for clear identification and helps with the organization and administration of spaces as part of space management.
Surface area	This field shows the total area of the room in square meters. The area information is important for space planning, cost allocation and space management within the department or company.
Rental space factor	Percentage indication of how much of the available space is to be rented or managed
Type of ownership	What power of disposal exists for the building
Street	Enter the street of the address
House number	Unique number of a building
Location	Enter the city that belongs to the zip code.
Department code	This code identifies the associated department of the room. It is used to assign rooms to organizational units and for evaluations in space management.
Department Designation	This field shows the official name of the department to which a room belongs. It is used to clearly assign and manage rooms within the organizational structure and is important for space management, billing and controlling.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
