This group contains features for searching and filtering rooms in rental areas. It enables users to find and narrow down specific rooms based on various criteria.| Property | Description |
| Room Code | Here you can see the room code. |
| Room number | Here you can see the room number. |
| Remark on the room | Here you can see the remark about the room. |
| Floor area [m²] | Here you can see the floor area in square meters. |
| Rental space [m²] | Here you can see how much space you have in square meters. |
| Fl. in the rental area | Area of the room if the entire rental area is rented in one contract. |
| Factor from rental area | Here you can see the factor for the rental area. |
| Factor from floor | Here you can see the factor for the floor. |
| Factor from building | Here you can see the building factor. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
