In this list, you can see a comparison of the rooms from the planning with the respective room in the ACTUAL state, provided the room was transferred from planning to operation. On the one hand, you can compare the spaces from the planning with the ACTUAL and see the number of occupancies.

This group contains various list features that are relevant for the room plan comparison. These include lists of properties, categories or values that are taken into account when comparing room plans.| Property | Description |
| Room number requirement | This column shows the room number from the requirements planning. It is used to compare the planned and actual rooms in the building and is an important element for checking whether all the required rooms have been taken into account in the current planning. |
| Room designation requirements | This field shows the planned designation of a room as part of requirements planning. It is used to clearly identify and describe the room requirements for a construction project and is important for subsequent allocation and room usage planning. |
| Demand Room match code | This field shows the room match code for the requirement. It is used to uniquely identify and assign rooms as part of requirements planning and enables an efficient comparison between planned and actual room usage. |
| Demand Area [m²] | This value indicates the planned area of a room in square meters that is needed to meet the requirements. It serves as a basis for spatial planning and for comparison with the actual area realized as part of requirements planning for construction projects. |
| Actual room number | Displays the current room number of the room to be compared. This information is important for identifying and comparing rooms as part of requirements planning and enables a quick comparison between the target and actual status. |
| Actual room designation | This field shows the actual designation of the room type as used in the current room plan. It is used to compare planned and realized room types as part of the requirements planning for buildings. |
| Occupancy | Occupancy indicates the actual number of people using a room. This information is important for comparing the planned and actual room utilization as part of requirements planning. |
| Actual area [m²] | This field shows the actual measured area of a room in square meters. It is used to compare the planned target size and the room area actually implemented as part of the requirements planning for construction projects. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
