This group contains characteristics that are relevant for searching and filtering room occupancy. It enables a targeted query for specific rooms, departments or occupancy periods.

Property	Description
Surname	Indication of the surname.
First name	Indication of the first name.
User name	Specification of the user name.
Department	Specify the department.
Department name	Specification of the department name.
Location	Specification of the location.
Building	Specification of the building.
Floor	Indication of the floor.
Room	Specification of the room.
Area [m²]	Specification of the room area in square meters.
Number of employees in the room	Number of employees assigned to this room.
Proportionate area [m²]	Indication of the proportionate area of the employee in square meters.
Department share [%]	Percentage share of the department.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
