In this evaluation, the departments that are directly assigned to the room are displayed in addition to the room occupancy. Each person in the evaluation can be listed more than once if several departments have also been directly assigned to their room.

This view shows information on room occupancy in connection with the associated departments. It provides a clear overview of room usage in the context of the organizational structure.| Property | Description |
| Surname | The surname of the person, as specified in the personnel list |
| First name | The person's first name, as specified in the personnel list |
| User name | The user name of the person as defined in the personnel list |
| Location | The location, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Building | The building, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Floor | The floor, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Room | The room, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Room area | The total usable area of the room in which the person is assigned. |
| Number of employees in the room | The total number of people assigned to the affected person in the room. The person concerned is included here. |
| Proportionate area | The proportionate area of the room used by this person, calculated from the room area divided by the number of employees in the room. |
| Department code | Code of the department that is directly assigned to the room |
| Department Designation | Name of the department that is directly assigned to the room. |
| Department share | Fixed share of the department for area accounting. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
