Surname	Indication of the surname.
First name	Indication of the first name.
User name	Enter the user name of the employee.
Department	Specify the department.
Department name	Specification of the department name.
Cost center	Specification of the cost center.
Cost center designation	Specification of the cost center designation.
Location	Specification of the location.
Building	Specification of the building.
Floor	Indication of the floor.
Room	Specification of the room.
Area [m²]	Specification of the room area in square meters.
Number of employees	Number of employees assigned to this room.
Proportionate area [m²]	Indication of the proportionate area of the employee in square meters.
Share of cost center [%]	Share of the cost center in percent.
Department share [%]	Share of the department in percent.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
