The Room list fill level report shows you the rooms in requirements planning whose characteristics have not yet been filled. You can access the individual rooms via the list and add the missing characteristic values. The "short" variant shows you the information you need to quickly identify the rooms with missing characteristic values.
Evaluation
This group contains key figures and indicators for analyzing the room fill level. It provides a quick overview of the utilization and efficiency of room use.| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column. |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Plan status | Shows the current status of spatial planning. This value provides information on the progress and maturity of requirements planning for the respective room and enables a quick assessment of the planning status as part of the evaluation. |
| Room match code | The room match code is used to uniquely identify and allocate rooms as part of requirements planning. It enables precise evaluation and linking of room data, which is essential for effective planning and management of building space. |
| Room number | The room number is a unique identifier for each room in the building. It is used for precise identification and localization of rooms in demand planning and enables efficient evaluation of room usage and occupancy. |
| Attributes filled | This indicator shows how complete the attributes for the room are. It helps to assess data quality and provides a quick overview of the progress of spatial planning within the framework of requirements planning. |
| Attributes empty | This field shows whether all the required attributes for the room have been fully recorded as part of requirements planning. It serves as a quick indicator of the completeness of the room data and supports quality assurance in the planning process. |
| Total attributes | Displays the total number of attributes for the selected room in the requirements planning. This value serves as an indicator of the complexity and level of detail of the room description and helps to evaluate the completeness of the room planning. |
