Navigation to this function
The Room list fill level report shows you the rooms in requirements planning whose characteristics have not yet been filled. You can access the individual rooms via the list and add the missing characteristic values. In the "Details" variant, additional information (area values) is displayed for the room in addition to the "Medium" variant in order to identify the rooms with missing characteristic values.
Evaluation
This group contains features for detailed evaluation of the occupancy rate of rooms. It includes key figures and indicators that enable a more in-depth analysis of room occupancy.| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column. |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Plan status | The planning status shows the current status of the room in the planning process. This information is important for evaluating and tracking the progress of requirements planning and helps with the coordination of different planning phases in the construction project. |
| Building | This field shows the code of the building in which the room under consideration is located. It is used to uniquely identify and assign the room within the building structure as part of requirements planning and evaluation. |
| Room type | The room type categorizes the function and type of use of a room within the requirements planning. This information is crucial for the evaluation and planning of room use as well as for the allocation of specific equipment and design requirements. |
| Room match code | The room match code is a unique combination of letters and numbers that identifies a specific room in the building. It is used for the precise allocation of rooms in requirements planning and for evaluations in order to match room requirements with existing rooms. |
| Room number | The room number is a unique identifier for each room in the building. It is used for the precise identification and localization of rooms in requirements planning and enables efficient room management as well as the allocation of requirements and equipment features. |
| Type of use | The type of use defines the intended use of the room and is crucial for requirements planning. It directly influences the required properties and equipment features of the room and serves as the basis for further planning steps and evaluations as part of building management. |
| Internal type of use | Display of the internal usage type for a usage type according to DIN277-2 |
| Room type | The room type refers to the functional category or type of a room in the context of requirements planning. It is used to classify and group rooms according to their intended use, which is essential for the analysis of space requirements and the evaluation of space distribution. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| Personnel function | The personnel function indicates which role or position the person has in relation to the room. This information is important for requirements planning and helps to assign rooms to specific functions or responsibilities within the organization. |
| Space requirement | The space requirement indicates the required room size in square meters. This information is crucial for requirements planning and room allocation, as it forms the basis for the dimensioning and efficient use of rooms in construction projects. |
| Area [m²] | The area indicates the size of the room in square meters. This information is crucial for demand planning and evaluation, as it serves as the basis for capacity calculations, cost calculations and the evaluation of room efficiency. |
| Attributes filled | This value shows how completely the attributes of the room have been filled in. It is used to evaluate the progress of requirements planning and helps to identify gaps in the room documentation. |
| Attributes empty | This field indicates whether all the required attributes for the room have been fully recorded as part of the requirements planning. An empty value means that information is still missing and the room planning may be incomplete. |
| Total attributes | This figure represents the total number of attributes assigned to a room in requirements planning. It serves as an indicator of the complexity and level of detail of the room specification and supports the evaluation and comparability of different room concepts. |
| Attributes Filling level [percent] | This value indicates the percentage fill level of a room and is used to evaluate room utilization. It enables a quick assessment of how intensively a room is used in relation to its capacity and thus supports efficient room planning and optimization. |
