This view shows detailed information on room occupancy in connection with the associated cost centers. It provides a clear overview of room usage and the associated costs for controlling purposes.| Property | Description |
| Surname | The surname of the person, as specified in the personnel list |
| First name | The first name of the person, as specified in the personnel list |
| User name | The user name of the person as defined in the personnel list |
| Employee cost center | The cost center of the person as defined in the personnel list |
| Location | The location, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Building | The building, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Floor | The floor, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Room | The room, determined from the room to which the person is assigned. |
| Room area | The total usable area of the room in which the person is assigned. |
| Number of employees in the room | The total number of people assigned to the affected person in the room. The person concerned is included here. |
| Proportionate area | The proportionate area of the room used by this person, calculated from the room area divided by the number of employees in the room. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
