Room Allocation Overview

This list evaluation provides an overview of all employees, including information on cost center, company, department and room occupancy.

Search

This characteristic group contains search criteria for room allocation. It enables targeted filtering and querying of room allocations according to specific parameters.

Property	Description
Salutation	Specification of the employee's title (e.g. "Ms.").
Surname	Indication of the employee's surname.
First name	Indication of the employee's first name.
Cost center	Indication of the cost center to which the employee is assigned.
Company	Indication of the company to which the employee is assigned.
Department	Specification of the department to which the employee is assigned (e.g. "Press Office").
Actual space	Indication of the room to which the employee is currently assigned.
Target space	Specification of the room to which the employee is to be assigned in future.
Actual workstation group	Displays the actual workstation group to which an employee is assigned. This information is used for effective space planning and workstation allocation and helps to optimize the working environment and resource allocation in the company.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Target workstation group	This field shows the planned or assigned workstation group for an employee. It is used for optimal room planning and assignment of workstations based on the requirements and preferences of the staff.
