To create service tickets, users must have full access to the following menu items:
Create Service Ticket: This is located under MyFM – Create Service Ticket.
Service Ticket Table: The Service Ticket Table is located under Infrastructure Building Management – Service Ticket – Service Tickets.
You can achieve this by assigning the requesters to the automatic group “eTASK Service Ticket (Edit)” or by creating a separate rights group for them that includes the rights listed above.
Note: If you want all employees with access to the FM portal to be able to create service tickets, add the permissions to the default group.
