Retrieve account statements of a single own bank account

You can retrieve statements for individual bank accounts using the bank account form.

Note: It is easier to retrieve account statements using the account retrieval feature. If you do not want to retrieve account statements individually each time, set up the account retrieval feature for the account 📄 Der Kontorundruf IC1928

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Payment Transactions - My Bank Accounts

1. Open the record for the bank account whose statements you want to retrieve.

2. Click on Retrieve Account Statements in the toolbar.

The individual account transactions contained in the statement are displayed in the Account Transactions information area.
