Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

| Code | Enter an abbreviation for the responsibility. |
| Name | Enter the full name of the responsibility. It should be as meaningful as possible. |
Responsibility
The responsibility in which a user group is assigned to the corresponding company is defined in this section. When selecting the present responsibility during definition of the maintenance contracts, the contract is assigned to the correct user group.

Details
This group contains detailed information on the responsibility, such as specific tasks, areas of responsibility or competencies. It provides a more precise characterization of the respective responsibility.
