Budget values
The budget values are managed in this section. Only the amount to be reserved can be entered. The remaining values are calculated from the project budget project task budget management.

| Reserved amount [€] | Enter the amount to be reserved in Euros. |
| Planned budget [€] | Displays the budget that has already been planned and which therefore is no longer available. It is calculated automatically from the budget planned for the budget positions. |
| Estimated costs [€] | Displays the estimated costs for the project. The costs are calculated automatically from the sum of the assigned contracts and orders for the entire duration of the project. |
| Actual costs to date [€] | Displays the actual costs to date for the project. This is calculated automatically from the costs and invoices assigned to the budget positions. |
