Sign in to Office 365.
Go to the calendar view and click New Event.
To load the Outlook add-in (Web), click the three dots in the toolbar.
The Outlook add-in is loading.
Enter a title and the participants.
Select the date and time of your meeting.
Now enter the number of participants in the far right section of the add-in view.
If necessary, select catering and the cost center to be charged.
If resources are needed, you can add them using the sliders.
Select the room you want to book.
10. Click Save.
Note: Currently, it is no longer possible to make changes to your booking after it has been made. However, this feature will be available in the future.
