In this form, you define a characteristic for an assigned room. Optionally, you can define the sequence and the value assignment.

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Room (requirements planning) | Selection of the room from the requirements planning for the allocation of the feature. |
| Sequence | Determines the order in which the feature is displayed. |
| attribute | Selection of an attribute for the assigned room. Attributes are attached to the generated room. |
| Value | Enter a value assignment for the characteristic here. The value is stored with the attribute for the room when a room list is generated for requirements planning. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
