Reports

Reports can be customized using this table. A Crystal Reports file is available for each report. This can be downloaded, edited and then uploaded as a new standard report or as an additional individual report. To edit the report, a direct ODBC connection to the database is required, together with a locally installed Crystal Report Designer. This is not provided by eTASK.

Search

This group contains search criteria and filters for reports. It enables users to find and narrow down relevant reports based on specific parameters or keywords.

Property	Description
Application	Abbreviation of the application to which the report belongs (e.g. "KE" for cost entry).
Applic. designation	Indication of the name of the application.
Menu item	Indication of the menu item under which the report can be found.
Range	If the report is called up via another web form, the area in the web form in which the report can be found is specified here.
Type	Specification of the report type. A report of the type "Menu" can be called up directly via the menu, a report of the type "Web form" can be called up via another web form.
Report name	Indication of the report name.
Description	Specification of the report description.
File name	Specification of the file name.
Download	Provision of the download file.
Upload	Option to upload the customized file.
