Path to the report: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservations - Reports - Utilization (of all) Meeting Rooms
This report analyzes the utilization of all meeting rooms (bookable and non-bookable) per meeting room and displays the utilization at different times of the day (morning, noon, evening) during the bookable period in a bar chart, as well as the percentage per month of the year. You can specify which time periods (e.g., from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM) you want to analyze. The analysis of individual meeting rooms is performed on an annual basis (one page per year and meeting room).
You can use the report to determine whether your meeting rooms could be utilized more efficiently and whether you actually need all of your existing meeting rooms.
